The zero tolerance ticketing policy for the cyclists that raised a spark among the New York cyclists has been backed off by the police department. The meeting was attended by a group of people including cyclists and some of the top officials in which discussions were held on ruling out the ticketing of the cyclists who were fined for crossing the red light when no one was found at the intersection.... full story
