Ever feel like you need to have the wind in your hair while pulling 8,000 RPM powerslides in your BMW M3? Well now you can with the addition of the BMW M3 Convertible. The sleek and speedy vert has been unveiled after a long rumor mill process and the swiftly shifting hardtop is here to show the goods. While it gets 100% of all the things that make the M3 on it's own a fun little toy, the thing we noticed the most will be the something the golf playing lawyers who buy them. galleryPost('2009BMWM3Convertible', 6, '2009 BMW M3 Convertible'); Looks at that trunk space with the top down. One could barely fit a golf club in the trunk, let alone many golf clubs, so many in fact to necessitate the use of a golf bag. We dig that sporty body work and the lusty power train, but come on, if we can't get two golf bags at least , we just can't even imagine putting up with this car.

We never thought we'd see the day, but the two door sport hatch Volkswagen Scirocco is back for your driving enjoyment. We saw the teasers of the Scirocco a little while ago, but the overseas embargo has lifted and the gents at World Car Fans were more than happy to run with it. The homage to the original is sporting three different gasoline engines ranging from 122 hp to 200 HP and a single diesel good for 140 hp and 320 Nm of torque, that if you didn't notice is a whopping load of torque for such a small car. galleryPost('sciroccofull', 6, '2009 Volkswagen Scirocco Revealed');

Renault has just announced that their new Laguna GT will feature four-wheel-steering. The new model, which will be revealed officially at the Geneva Motor Show in March, is a mid-range family sedan that rivals the Ford Mondeo. It will also come equipped with a six-speed manual gearbox and a choice of either a 205bhp 2.0L turbo, or a 180bhp dCi that makes 295lb/ft of torque. Usually the preserve of exotic performance cars, Renault claim their four-wheel-steering, dubbed Active Drive, boosts maneuverability, response and precision. They also claim it's safer, actively contributing during both hard braking and high-speed avoidance maneuvers. No prices yet, but expect it to compete with Ford's Mondeo and the VW Passat. Renault has given us a serious case of mid-priced car four-wheel-steering envy.
